Responsibilities:
IndustryCollaboration:
  • Establishand maintain strong relationships with industry professionals firmsand organizations.
  • Facilitate partnerships toensure a steady flow of student placements in reputedcompanies.

TrainingPrograms:
  • Organizeand oversee practical training sessions workshops and seminars toenhance students practical skills and industryreadiness.
  • Collaborate with industry experts todesign programs that align with current industrydemands.

CareerGuidance:
  • Providepersonalized career counseling to students helping them understandthe dynamics of the civil engineering jobmarket.
  • Assist students in developing astrategic approach to their careerdevelopment.

PlacementDrives:
  • Plancoordinate and manage oncampus placement drives and offcampusinterviews.
  • Liaise with companies to understandtheir hiring needs and ensure successful placement opportunitiesforstudents.

AlumniNetwork:
  • Develop andnurture relationships with alumni in the civil engineeringfield.
  • Leverage the alumni network to createcareer opportunities and mentorship programs for currentstudents.

Documentation&Reporting:
  • Maintainaccurate records of student placements including tracking placementsuccess rates.
  • Generate regular reports onplacement activities for management andstakeholders.

MarketResearch:
  • Stayupdated with industry trends and requirements to tailor trainingprograms accordingly.
  • Collaborate with industrypartners to understand evolving skill sets and jobexpectations.

Qualification&Skills:
  • Minimumof 35 years of experience in placement coordination or a relatedrole within construction companies.
  • Backgroundin training placement HR or management is highlydesirable.
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • Proven ability toestablish and maintain professional relationships with industrystakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the civilengineering job market and itsdynamics.
  • Excellent organizational anddocumentation skills.
