Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-Executive Director at Crystara Sugar Private Limited, located in Pune. The Non-Executive Director will provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight to the company's board. Key responsibilities include participating in board meetings, offering independent judgment, helping shape company policy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting executive leadership in decision-making processes. This role requires a high level of integrity, strategic thinking, and leadership.
