We’re building a bridge between India and its global diaspora through meaningful, curated offerings.Your Mission We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to grow our customer base and social media presence , especially in countries with strong NRI communities like the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia .Your goal is simple but powerful:→ Drive traffic. Grow followers. Convert visitors into loyal customers.What You’ll Do Create and execute marketing strategies to target NRIs globally and customers in India.Grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and others – organically and via adsSet up email marketing flows (welcome, festivals, abandoned cart, etc.)Run Meta Ads and Google Ads focused on traffic and conversionsResearch country-specific trends (festivals, gifting seasons) and build campaigns around themCollaborate on content (reels, posts, influencer shoutouts, festival tips, etc.)Track and report weekly on KPIs: traffic, sales, followers, and conversion ratesWhat Success Looks Like (Your KPIs) Increase in website visitors (weekly/monthly targets)Growth in Instagram & Facebook followersConversions: New customers + repeat purchasesEmail open rates and campaign engagementCountry-specific traction (e.g. Diwali traffic from the US, Rakhi from UAE)You’re a Fit If You: Understand Indian diaspora culture, values & shopping behaviorHave experience in digital marketing (social, email, ads, SEO, influencer outreach)Are results-driven – you think in metrics, not just ideasEnjoy working independently and owning your impactHave worked with startups, small teams, or D2C e-commerce brandsWhat We Offer ₹8,000/month (Part-Time)Performance bonuses for hitting traffic/sales/follower milestonesOpportunity to grow into a full-time and leadership roleWork-from-anywhere flexibilityFreedom to experiment and lead marketing end-to-endHow to Apply Send us:Your resume or LinkedIn profileA short note:→ Why you're interested→ 1 idea to increase our followers or sales among NRIsEmail: : Apply on a rolling basis — we're hiring now
