MagicIndi.com is a culturally-rooted e-commerce brand connecting  Indians living abroad (NRIs) with authentic Indian products — from gifts and home decor to spiritual items and festive collections. We’re building a bridge between India and its global diaspora through meaningful, curated offerings.

Your Mission

We are looking for a  Sales & Marketing Lead to grow  our customer base and social media presence , especially in countries with strong NRI communities like the  USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia .

Your goal is simple but powerful:

→ Drive traffic. Grow followers. Convert visitors into loyal customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to target NRIs globally and customers in India.
  • Grow our  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and others – organically and via ads
  • Set up email marketing flows (welcome, festivals, abandoned cart, etc.)
  • Run  Meta Ads and Google Ads focused on traffic and conversions
  • Research country-specific trends (festivals, gifting seasons) and build campaigns around them
  • Collaborate on content (reels, posts, influencer shoutouts, festival tips, etc.)
  • Track and report weekly on KPIs: traffic, sales, followers, and conversion rates
What Success Looks Like (Your KPIs)
  • Increase in website visitors (weekly/monthly targets)
  • Growth in Instagram & Facebook followers
  • Conversions: New customers + repeat purchases
  • Email open rates and campaign engagement
  • Country-specific traction (e.g. Diwali traffic from the US, Rakhi from UAE)
You’re a Fit If You:
  • Understand Indian diaspora culture, values & shopping behavior
  • Have experience in  digital marketing (social, email, ads, SEO, influencer outreach)
  • Are  results-driven – you think in metrics, not just ideas
  • Enjoy working independently and owning your impact
  • Have worked with startups, small teams, or D2C e-commerce brands
