**Job Summary:**
- Ensure all cross-border payments comply with South African Reserve Bank (SARB) requirements before release.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to meet all requirements for payment submission.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture Balance of Payment (BOP) data and apply correct SARB rulings.
- Release payments within the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
- Stay updated on statutory and legislative requirements related to SARB rulings.
- Provide efficient administration services and update relevant systems.
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure high-quality work adhering to compliance and governance standards.
- Continuously assess and improve performance, seeking feedback and training as needed.
Skills:
- Understanding of Reserve Bank exchange control rules.
- Experience with cross-border payments.
