We're searching for a seasoned Sr. Delivery Director to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving success across all aspects of our delivery function, from onboarding new customers to ensuring financial health of our projects.


Here's what you'll do:


  • Lead a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team of delivery professionals.
  • Streamline customer onboarding and ensure timely SaaS revenue realization.
  • Oversee successful project delivery across all our delivery centers.
  • Champion financial accountability for projects and prevent revenue leakage through exceptional support.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to ensure our offerings meet customer and market needs.
  • Implement tools and processes to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast staffing needs and prepare monthly reports on key metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders (C-level, IT Directors, Managers).


We're looking for someone who:


  • Puts the customer first.
  • Holds an MBA or advanced management degree, or has experience leading business functions (bookings, P&L).
  • Boasts 15+ years of experience managing professional services and offshore delivery teams.
  • Has 10+ years of experience in the Enterprise SaaS domain.
  • Has a proven track record of building and managing offshore delivery center teams.
  • Excellently communicates, manages projects, and stakeholders, with a focus on successful project negotiation and delivery.
  • Thrives in a cross-functional environment with a geographically dispersed client base.
  • Has a history of managing large-scale SaaS projects for C-Suite executives.
  • Can demonstrably drive revenue growth and maintain profitability across accounts.
  • Effortlessly navigates between the business and technical sides of our Enterprise B2B SaaS product.
