Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (SEO, Social Media & Google Ads)

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth across SEO, paid search (Google Ads), and social media campaigns. You will play a key role in optimizing our online presence, increasing traffic, and creating engaging campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Monitor website performance, technical SEO, and link-building activities.

Social Media Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across major platforms.
  • Create engaging content in collaboration with the design and content team.
  • Manage community interactions to increase engagement and brand loyalty.

Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance across SEO, paid search, and social media.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to execute campaigns.
  • Share insights and recommendations to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaign management.
  • Proven track record of managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, paid media strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative yet analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
