CogentHubCX.AI is hiring experienced Outbound Sales Professionals for our UK Voice Process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to UK-based customers for lead generation or direct product/service sales
  • Pitch offerings confidently and handle objections professionally
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate call records in CRM tools
  • Ensure high call quality and adherence to compliance standards
  • Follow scripts and processes designed for UK audience engagement

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 6 months in Domestic or International Outbound Sales / Voice Process / Telecalling / Telesales
  • Excellent English communication skills a must
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales KPIs
  • Comfortable working in a UK shift (Afternoon to Late Evening)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM 10:00 PM (UK Shift Only)
  • Working Days: 5 days/week with 2 rotational offs
  • Work Mode: Work from Office (Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurugram)
  • Facility: Home drop available after shift
  • Date of Joining: 25th August (Monday)
