Job Description
Design and implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure IT infrastructure capabilities align with the business needs.Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems.Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.Work with the Group IT team to deliver projects on time and within budget.Identify emerging technology trends and ensure the company is leveraging them when beneficial.Ensure IT system operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations.Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, and performance management.Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for IT system administration and appropriate use.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:15+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure management.Open to Hyderabad as a location.Candidate should come with experience - working in electronics technology / in-depth experience in high-tech industrial/manufacturing industry.
