About theRole

Weare seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the Human Resourcesfunction for our dynamic Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India.This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operationof our India GCC while also strategically contributing to itsgrowth and expansion. The successful candidate will be a handsonleader with a strong understanding of daytoday HR operationscoupled with a strategic mindset focused on identifying new serviceopportunities for the IndiaGCC.

RoleResponsibilities:

  • StrategicLeadership:
    • Partnerwith India GCC Business Unit (BU) heads and USbased BU heads todevelop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with theoverall business objectives of theGCC.
    • Identifyopportunities to expand the services offered by the India GCCcontributing to cost efficiencies and improved convenience for USBUs.
    • Workwith the US HR Head to ensure alignment on HR policies practicesand employee relations for a seamless globalexperience.
    • Stayabreast of industry trends and best practices in HR particularlythose relevant to the services provided by the IndiaGCC.
  • OperationalExcellence:
    • Overseethe daytoday HR operations of the India GCC including recruitmenttalent management employee relations compensation &benefits and performancemanagement.
    • Managethe India GCC payroll activities ensuring accuracy and compliancewith local regulations. Coordinate with the local payroll team toprovide necessary data andinputs.
    • Facilitatea positive work environment by overseeing office administration andfacilitiesmanagement.
    • ImplementHR processes and systems that are efficient effective and compliantwith local laborlaws.
  • TalentAcquisition &Development:
    • Leadthe recruitment efforts for the India GCC attracting and hiring toptalent aligned with the needs of thebusiness.
    • Collaboratewith USbased teams to support their recruitment efforts for USpositions leveraging the talent pool inIndia.
    • Developand implement talent management programs to enhance employeeengagement retention anddevelopment.
  • Communication&Collaboration:
    • Maintainstrong communication channels with Local GCC BU heads US BU headsand the US HRHead.
    • Fostera collaborative and inclusive work environment for the HR team inthe IndiaGCC.
    • Act asa trusted advisor to business leaders on HRmatters.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or arelatedfield.
  • Minimum10 years of experience in a leadership role within the HR functionpreferably in a globalorganization.
  • Strongunderstanding of Indian labor laws andregulations.
  • Proventrack record of successfully managing all aspects of the HRlifecycle.
  • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and negotiationskills.
  • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced crosscultural andcrossfunctionalenvironment.
  • Demonstratedstrategic thinking and problemsolvingskills.
  • Proficientin HR technology andtools.
