Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful dashboards and reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement data solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleansing.

Dashboard Development :

- Design and implement interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI.

- Create and maintain data models and DAX calculations within Power BI.

- Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability.

Collaboration and Support :

- Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.

- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Power BI with other data sources and systems.

Data Governance and Quality :

- Implement data governance policies to ensure data security and compliance.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

- Document processes, procedures, and data definitions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on Power BI.

- Proficient in SQL and experience with data querying, manipulation, and analysis.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear visualizations.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.

- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is an advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database).

- Understanding of machine learning and statistical analysis techniques.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
