About the job :

Job Description:

  • Utilize PySpark and SQL programming languages to develop and maintain data pipelines for processing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Work onsite from day one, collaborating closely with the team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Preferably have experience in the Telecom domain to understand and address domainspecific challenges and requirements.
  • Strong background in Big Data and ETL development, ensuring efficient and reliable data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, particularly AWS S3 and AWS Athena, for storing and querying largescale data sets.
  • Experience with SQL databases such as Hive, Teradata, and Spark SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Databricks for managing and optimizing Sparkbased workflows.
  • Good to have knowledge of Scala programming language.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their requirements and provide them with clean, structured data for analysis and modeling.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and implement best practices to continuously improve our data infrastructure.

SKILLS :

  • Pyspark, SQL programming
  • Good to have : Scala
  • Proven experience (6+ years) as a data engineer and data scientist, preferably in a fastpaced technology or analyticsdriven environment.
  • Telecom Domain must.
  • Big Data / ETL Development background needed.
