Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for driving the Avionics Business strategy and growth.
1.Market Analysis: Perform market research and analysis to understand Aerospace industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
2.Customer Profiling: Develop deep understanding of the customers within their Aerospace OEM, Tier-1, including their pain points, preferences, and buying behaviors.
3.Business Development: Identifying and pursue new business opportunities in Avionics product development and services. Work with customers, Sales and Marketing team to expand the organization's customer base and network, forming partnerships, participating in RFP/RFQ and securing contracts.
4.Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the A&D industry leaders. This includes clients, partners, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
5.Product or Service Customization: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to customize offerings to suit the specific requirements of the Avionics offerings. Develop industry-specific features or offerings.
6.Market Positioning: Positioning the clients products or services in Avionics to gain a competitive advantage. Develop strategies to differentiate the company from competitors.
7.Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets and growth objectives, collaborate with sales team leadership.
8.Industry Advocacy: Represent the organization within industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Represent in Aerospace forums, may contribute to industry publications.
9.Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to industry-specific initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
10.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with industry-specific regulations and standards and prepares the Engineering team.
11.Strategic Planning: Developing and executing a strategic plan for the industry segment is crucial. This plan should align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

•Technical Proficiency: Must have a deep understanding of the Avionics technology stack. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
•Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology initiatives with the company’s overall business strategy and long-term goals.
•Innovation: Should be forward-thinking and open to new ideas. Should encourage innovation within their teams and seek opportunities for technological advancements.
•Leadership: Strong Techno-Commercial leadership skills are essential for guiding technical teams, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
•Communication: Should convey effectively the complex technical concepts to any stakeholders
•Problem-Solving: Should excel at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
•Customer Focus: Should have a customer-centric mindset, understanding how technology can enhance the customer experience and meet their needs.
•Continuous Learning: Should be committed to ongoing learning and skill development.
