Urgent Required Production Engineer-Trainee in manufacturing Company for Chakan Pune location.

Required Qualification: Diploma/ BE- Mechanical

Required Experience: 0-2 years (production/fabrication workshop)

Computer skills - MS Office/Auto CAD software/Solid works

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
  • Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and worker required.
  • Diagnosing problems in the production and providing recommendations and training.
  • Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
  • Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement

  • Independently determines approach and assigned tasks
  • Understanding manufacturing processes
  • Understanding engineering, manufacturing drawing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach
  • Understand lean manufacturing
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
