Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Delegate Acquisition position at Tech Network Summit. As a Delegate Acquisition, your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and engaging potential delegates, building relationships, and acquiring attendees for the summit. You will be responsible for reaching out to targeted individuals and organizations, promoting the benefits of attending the summit, and managing delegate registrations. This role will be primarily located in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in program, business development, or customer acquisition
  • Ability to identify and engage potential delegates
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the tech industry and relevant networks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
