AI & ML Engineer Location: Visakhapatnam (On-site) Experience: 2+ years About the Role Aspire Spectrum is looking for a skilled and passionate AI & ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects — from research, design, and development to deployment and maintenance. You will work on both local LLMs and cloud-hosted AI platforms , creating scalable solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for production use. Work with local LLMs (Llama 3.x, Qwen, Mistral) and hosted APIs (Azure Open AI, Gemini). Build and maintain robust ML pipelines and APIs for scalable deployment. Perform data engineering tasks with Python (Pandas, Polars, Duck DB). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and operations. Conduct research and experiment with emerging AI/ML technologies . Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, scalability, and security . Qualifications Proven experience in delivering production-ready ML projects . Strong proficiency in Python for ML and data processing. Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Keras, Azure ML . Solid understanding of ML concepts (training, evaluation, optimization). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for innovation. Bonus: Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
