About the Role

Aspire Spectrum is looking for a skilled and passionate AI & ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects — from research, design, and development to deployment and maintenance. You will work on both local LLMs and cloud-hosted AI platforms , creating scalable solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for production use.
  • Work with local LLMs (Llama 3.x, Qwen, Mistral) and hosted APIs (Azure OpenAI, Gemini).
  • Build and maintain robust ML pipelines and APIs for scalable deployment.
  • Perform data engineering tasks with Python (Pandas, Polars, DuckDB).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and operations.
  • Conduct research and experiment with emerging AI/ML technologies .
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, scalability, and security .


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering production-ready ML projects .
  • Strong proficiency in Python for ML and data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Azure ML .
  • Solid understanding of ML concepts (training, evaluation, optimization).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for innovation.


Bonus:

  • Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and LLM fine-tuning .
