As a Growth Hacker, your primary mission is to fuel rapid and sustainable growth. Working closely with various teams, you'll unearth growth opportunities, experiment with strategies, and fine-tune campaigns to meet our growth objectives. In essence, your role encompasses:

1.     Crafting and executing data-driven growth strategies for B2B client acquisition and retention.

2.     Analyzing data to spot growth prospects, track key metrics, and guide decisions with facts.

3.     Leveraging multiple channels (social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO) to draw in and engage new clients.

4.     Continuously enhancing our digital presence and website to maximize conversions and elevate the client experience.

5.     Managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and nurturing our online community.

6.     Crafting compelling, relevant content such as blog posts, videos, and infographics to educate and captivate our target audience.

7.     Planning and conducting A/B tests to fine-tune our marketing approaches.


 

Skills and qualifications:

-       A bachelor's degree in arts, marketing or a related field.

-       A background with at least 3 years of startup experience.

-       Proven successes in past growth projects.

-       A solid grasp of marketing, online strategy, and business acumen.

-       Proficiency in data analysis and strategy testing.

-       Expertise in web optimization.

-       Familiarity with growth-hacking tools and automation.
