Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Hacker. As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion. You will analyze web analytics data, optimize conversion rates, and develop marketing strategies to fuel business growth.

QualificationsGrowth Hacking, Marketing, and Marketing Strategy skillsProficiency in writing Ad copies, and running marketing campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads etc.,Experience in web analytics and conversion optimisationA/B test and optimize marketing messages, landing pages, and conversion funnelsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)Ability to think creatively and strategicallyExperience in the education or consulting industry is a plusExperience in SEO and Organic traffic is a plus
