Position: CRM cum Accounts Executive
Location: Chandni Chowk
Experience: 1–3 years (in basic accounting & client coordination)
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Accounts (B.Com) or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining ledgers and recording day-to-day accounting entries.
- Preparing and issuing sales invoices/bills to clients.
- Monitoring outstanding payments from parties (Debtors follow-up & reconciliation).
- Recording receipts, payments, credit notes, and debit notes in the ledger.
- Coordinating with clients/customers regarding payment status and resolving queries.
- Assisting in preparation of basic financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Keeping proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and account statements.
- Supporting the accounts team in other routine activities as required.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (Ledger, Debit/Credit, Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes).
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills for follow-ups with clients.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
