Position: CRM cum Accounts Executive
Location: Chandni Chowk
Experience: 1–3 years (in basic accounting & client coordination)
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Accounts (B.Com) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining ledgers and recording day-to-day accounting entries.
  • Preparing and issuing sales invoices/bills to clients.
  • Monitoring outstanding payments from parties (Debtors follow-up & reconciliation).
  • Recording receipts, payments, credit notes, and debit notes in the ledger.
  • Coordinating with clients/customers regarding payment status and resolving queries.
  • Assisting in preparation of basic financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Keeping proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and account statements.
  • Supporting the accounts team in other routine activities as required.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (Ledger, Debit/Credit, Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills for follow-ups with clients.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
