Droisys is seeking Account Manager - Sales (US Staffing) for our location in Noida, IN



About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing US Staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the US market. You will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client accounts in the US staffing market.
  • Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Track and report on account metrics and performance.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management within the US staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing processes and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
