What You'll Own

  • End-to-end video production leadership

: Ideate, script, storyboard, film, and deliver educational videos across disciplines.
- Collaborate with content experts

to convert academic objectives into engaging visual stories, tailoring formats for both short‑form (Reels, Shorts) and long‑form (lectures, explainers).
- Manage full logistics

: Scheduling shoots, coordinating presenters or voice-overs, handling equipment, locations, and post-production workflows.
- Deliver polished visual content

: Editing, motion graphics, sound-mixing, subtitles, color grading, and final output that aligns with SciAstra's high-quality visual brand.
- Develop a scalable video pipeline

: Create systems and templates for consistent, efficient delivery under brand and pedagogical standards.
- Drive performance feedback loops

: Monitor metrics such as views, engagement, retention; work with marketing/content teams to iterate content strategy.
- Stay current with trends and formats

: Ensure videos are optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook—leveraging the latest tools and storytelling techniques.
