  • Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos that simplify complex concepts and capture audience attention.
  • Add dynamic elements such as subtitles, transitions, graphics, and effects to enhance viewer experience.
  • Optimize YouTube video performance for better retention and interaction metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and editing best practices to ensure our content remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing teams to align edits with learning objectives.
  • Develop a range of content types including promotional videos, webinars, ads, and course materials.
  • Adapt editing styles to suit project requirements and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics & animation tools is a plus for adding extra visual interest to our content.
  • Strong narrative sense for distilling complex ideas into engaging storylines.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and respond positively to feedback.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for delivering accurate and polished results.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
