We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to own and drive the end-to-end data migration strategy for enterprise systems. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to modern platforms—delivering accuracy, integrity, and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the data migration strategy, roadmap, and scope.
  • Lead full-cycle ETL processes: extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Manage migration of master, transactional, and historical data across ERP/HCM/CRM systems.
  • Enforce data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide thorough documentation and post-migration support.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in data migration, integration, or management.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle ERP/HCM/CRM migration.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data migration tools, data modeling, MDM, and governance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,200,000.00 per year
