Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager - Sales to join our dynamic team. As the General Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales department to achieve revenue goals, drive business growth, and exceed customer expectations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is a full-time position. Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a General Manager - Sales or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and market trends.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Identify and address sales training needs for the team.
