General Manager Sales

The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of sales targets for the assigned site through sales planning, promotion strategy, overseeing sales administration and organizing market research.
Roles & Responsibilities :Provides inputs pertaining to sales performance, manpower requirements, market competition, sales projectionsEstimates marketing budget for the site,including promotions/sales manpower/ broker commissionsRecommends allocations from budgetSales Planning: Creates and recommends a sales strategy for achievement of assigned sales targets e.g launch plan for new projectChannel Partners: Meets & monitors channel partners, screens potential partners & communicates company terms and conditionsAssigns sales targets to teamTracks the Sales InventorySetting Channel Distribution & Driving Channel BusinessInteracts with customers in converting potential leads and negotiates with customersLead Generation: Generate and manage leads & lead managementExplores new opportunities in corporate sales in the regionSales Admin: Ensures management of all aspects of after-sales relationship with customers, systemic input & management of dataEnsure site experience as per Brand normsDefines and sets work objectives for team membersProcess Adherence & Improvement :
Position Requirements :
Graduate/Post Graduate with 6-12 years of experience in Luxury/Premium/Ultra HNI Residential Sales/Premium Banks/Premium Automobile Companies.Real estate/ construction/Banks/Automobile industry will be preferred.Team Handling experience mandatory
