Restaurant Manager , che coordini tutte le attività del reparto Ristorante, tra sala e bar. Essendo uno dei primi contatti con gli Ospiti, la disponibilità e la cordialità devono essere necessariamente presenti per essere sempre in linea con l’immagine e gli standard dell’Hotel.

La figura di

Restaurant Manager

che ricerchiamo, è una persona che ha un forte orientamento alla qualità e al lavoro di squadra, dovrà riportare il proprio lavoro al General Manager dell’albergo, attraverso il raggiungimento dei seguenti obiettivi:

ü

Supervisiona, coordina e dirige il servizio in maniera tempestiva, efficiente e cortese per i ristoranti e per i banchetti/eventi

ü

Stabilisce e mantiene relazioni efficaci con i membri del team all'interno delle linee guida dell'hotel

ü

Ha un impatto positivo, assumendosi la responsabilità e l'iniziativa per risolvere i problemi, comunicando sempre in modo chiaro con gli ospiti e i membri del team

ü

Redige gli orari di lavoro per il proprio staff in base alle prenotazioni del Ristorante e all’occupazione dell’hotel

ü

Conduce riunioni di reparto e partecipa alla preparazione del budget di reparto

ü

Garantisce che tutto lo staff della sala sia a conoscenza dei menù e che venga utilizzata ogni opportunità per ulteriori vendite durante il servizio

ü

Garantisce che venga mantenuto un elevato livello di comunicazione con tutti gli altri dipartimenti dell'hotel, adottando un approccio proattivo per informare i dipartimenti sui requisiti degli outlets per essere ricettivi alle esigenze degli ospiti

ü

Garantisce che tutti i dipendenti lavorino secondo gli standard

del brand Curio Collection delineati

Responsabilità e doveri:

ü

Controlla le scorte su base giornaliera e mensile per garantire che i requisiti di servizio siano soddisfatti in conformità con la politica e le procedure dell’hotel.

ü

Seleziona e recluta il personale per il proprio staff

ü

Assicura che gli standard di salute e sicurezza, i regolamenti e le politiche dell'azienda vengano seguite

ü

Supervisiona gli standard di servizio igienico-sanitari nelle aree ristorante e servizio in camera.

ü

Garantisce che il proprio staff soddisfi gli standard di grooming dell’hotel mantenendo sempre un elevato standard di aspetto e igiene personale

ü

Comunica con il proprio staff per comprendere le esigenze degli ospiti, fornendo indicazioni, feedback e coaching individuale quando necessario.

Requisiti necessari:

I requisiti per ricoprire questo ruolo sono:ü

Pregressa e consolidata esperienza nel ruolo per almeno 2 anni in strutture alberghiere di 4* o 5*

ü

Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera

ü

Tecniche di allestimento della sala e di mise en place

ü

Conoscenza del mondo della ristorazione

ü

Tecniche di composizione del menù

una buona presenza e una naturale eleganza

ü

Professionalità e competenza nel servizio agli ospiti

ü

Leadership e capacità decisionali
