Roles & Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities include:● Build, manage and maintain product life cycles & roadmaps● Be the voice of the customer and the subject-matter expert for your group● Develop and publish Product Requirements / Functional/ Non Functional Requirement Specifications for products including detailed feature descriptions and customer usage scenarios.● Work with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to drive product from initial concept through development and testing, and deliver a timely and quality release.● Creating data and process workflows during the need.● Well versed with Agile development and would be responsible for handling daily scrum meetings, customer walkthroughs of the features post completion of the Sprint, etc.● Coordinating & conducting functional and technical grooming sessions with the team.● Track and analyze testing results from all testing and identify required remediation and work with product teams to remediate.● Experience in driving scrum calls & managing the JIRA/ADO Boards.● Summarize weekly status in the form of status reports to the leadership and customer’s.● Gather, prioritize, and communicate business, customer, and technical requirements into product backlogs.● Clearly document product and service requirements for both engineering, and delivery teams to build new capabilities.● Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams to prioritize developmentactivities, make trade-offs, and plan actions.
Required Experience and Skills:
● Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of Product management experience.● Strong Knowledge in Agile principles and process.● Passionate about collaborative team delivery and working with team members of varied disciplines and skill-sets across multiple locations.● Positive, high-energy, individual with the ability, self-confidence and flexibility to adapt well to changes. Meet challenges with resourcefulness.● Situational fluency and an ability to switch gears effortlessly and fluidly while maintaining focus and forward momentum.● Proactive communicator, able to ask the right questions, get to the point and get the right things done the right way.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Strong problem solving and analytical skills● Creative entrepreneur who finds ways to overcome roadblocks and get things done.● Strong awareness of technology trends and their potential influence.
