Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our market presence, forge strong relationships with customers and partners, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector, with specific experience in food and beverage sales and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, targeting both B2B and B2C channels, e-commerce channel, HoReCa channel - to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Lead, train, and manage a sales and marketing team, setting objectives and evaluating performance.
Have experience in building the team
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and gather insights on customer preferences.
Work closely with the production and R&D teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance; adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG, food and beverage industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and meeting sales targets.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.Deep understanding of the Bangalore market and consumer behavior.Innovative, with a problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to changing market trends.
