We are hiring for a B2B SaaS product company which is at the forefront of leveraging advanced AI technologies to drive innovative solutions. We are seeking a talented NLP Engineer with experience in building chatbots using large language models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As an NLP Engineer specializing in chatbot development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced chatbot solutions using state-of-the-art language models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless conversational experiences that enhance user interaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop chatbot solutions using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, GPT-3, BERT, etc.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define chatbot requirements and use cases.

- Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) components.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models to improve chatbot performance and accuracy .

- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services to support chatbot functionalities.

- Conduct regular testing and validation of chatbot systems to ensure robustness and reliability.

- Monitor and analyze chatbot interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.

- Proven experience in developing chatbots using large language models (LLMs) .

- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, SpaCy, NLTK, etc.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch , or similar.

- Knowledge of conversational AI platforms and tools (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure .

- Familiarity with deployment and scaling of ML models in production environments.

- Knowledge of linguistics and language modeling techniques.

- Prior experience in user experience (UX) design for conversational interfaces.
