  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with partners and vendors to provide prompt and effective support for hardware replacements and repairs.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate hardware troubleshooting with venue personnel to minimize downtime.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage relationships with hardware suppliers and partners, including warranty and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Develop, implement, and standardize best practices for preventive maintenance across various hardware components.
  • Documentation: Document detailed troubleshooting steps and procedures for hardware replacement to ensure consistency and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in IT or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT support and/or technical customer support roles.
  • Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relations effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with hardware and technical troubleshooting.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
