We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to tell our story, highlight our innovations, and engage with our growing audience. You’ll be responsible for crafting content that showcases the impact of our work in areas like field robotics, assistive technology, and defense tech. This role will play a vital part in managing our content pipeline and bringing our mission to life across various platforms.

About Social Hardware:


Founded in 2017, Social Hardware began its journey by developing assistive devices for people with disabilities, working with NGOs to support underserved communities. We gained national recognition for our collaboration with Cadbury Celebrations during the #MyFirstRakhi campaign, which helped children with upper limb differences engage in the Raksha Bandhan tradition by providing them with a custom prosthesis.

Since then, we have expanded into field robotics, focusing on creating teleoperated, VR-controlled systems designed for high-risk operations such as search and rescue, bomb disposal, and industrial hazard management. We’re committed to reducing work-related injuries and improving operational safety through the innovative use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a diverse range of high-quality content, including written, video, and graphic design materials.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and publication.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
  • Write and edit blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Produce engaging video content and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on results.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Engage with online audiences to drive traffic and improve brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling, high-quality written content.
  • Proficiency in video production and graphic design (experience with Adobe Creative Suite required).
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and implementation.
  • Experience developing and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and report on content performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative, engaging content.
