You will be aligned with our Broking team processing end-to-end Tasks for our clients.Your expertise in commercial insurance coupled with your strategic vision shall propel BluePond to achieve unparalleled success in meeting the evolving needs of business while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:Process and manage end-to-end insurance tasks, including policy issuance, policy checking, endorsements, COIs, renewals, Claims and cancellationsReview and validate insurance documents for accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client requirementsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of insurance transactionsAssist in resolving client queries and issues related to insurance policiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practicesGenerate and analyse reports to monitor workflow and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)Provide support in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyConduct quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of insurance documentation and processes
Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong understanding of P&C insurance products, policies, and regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:Analyst: 1 to 3 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) commercial insuranceSenior Analyst: 3 to 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) commercial insuranceProfessional certifications in insurance (e.g., AINS) are a plusExperience with insurance management software and tools
