Job Description:

Proven experience in a MIM role• Coordinate for Critical P1 incidents with appropriate stakeholders• Highlight the incidents which may lose SLA in next 24 hours• Highlight the aging and backlog tickets and work with stakeholders to resolve blocker• Drive Service Improvements• Audit incident data and process on quarterly basis• Publish Incident trendsExcellent communicator with the ability to create high quality verbal and written summaries that are comprehensive, accurate and focused on business partner understanding and impact.• ITIL V3/V4 certification is ideal but we are okay with ITIL skilled resources.
