Key Responsibilities :

- Brand Development : Develop and enhance the visual identity of our brand from scratch, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

- Design Creation : Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and product packaging.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with our business goals.

- Innovation : Bring fresh ideas and a creative perspective to design challenges, contributing to the overall brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

- User Experience : Ensure all designs contribute to an excellent user experience, taking into consideration usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.

- Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.

- Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine and improve designs, ensuring the final output meets the project's requirements.

- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a startup environment, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to build and evolve a brand from the ground up.

- Skills : Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

- Creativity : Strong creative skills and an ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges and create visually appealing content.

- Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.

- Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to non-design stakeholders.

- Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Adaptability : Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to pivot quickly when necessary.

- Education : A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with animation and motion graphics.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.

- Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
