Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Fashion Stylist and Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and perfection, a passion for fashion, and the ability to translate trends into wearable art. This role involves a blend of customer service, sales, and creative input into our collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Sales:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the studio, providing personalized styling advice based on their preferences and body types.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Understand customer needs and preferences, suggesting appropriate styles and outfits.
Drive sales through excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge.
Styling and Fashion Consulting:
Provide styling consultations to clients, offering advice on how to wear and accessorize pieces from our collections.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, silhouettes, and details, and incorporate this knowledge into customer interactions.
Collaborate with clients to create complete looks for various occasions, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.
Collection Development:
Work closely with the design team to suggest new silhouettes, details, and trends that align with the brand's aesthetic and market demand.
Participate in the collection-making process, providing input on styling and presentation.
Assist in the styling of lookbooks, photoshoots, and fashion shows, ensuring that each piece is showcased to its full potential.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist, Sales Consultant, or similar role in the fashion industry.
Strong sense of style and knowledge of current fashion trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and perfection.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
