**Job Title: Cinematographer**

**Location**: Noida Sector 62 ( Adjacent to Noida Electronic Metro Station)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other creative team members to develop the visual style and aesthetic for each project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute complex camera movements, compositions, and lighting setups to capture compelling and visually stunning imagery that enhances the storytelling and emotional impact of the content.
- Select and operate the appropriate camera, lenses, and other equipment to achieve the desired look and feel for each project, taking into account technical requirements, budget constraints, and creative considerations.
- Lead and oversee camera and lighting crews on set, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the production plan.
- Collaborate with production designers, art directors, and costume stylists to create cohesive visual narratives that reinforce the story and characters.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in cinematography, and incorporate innovative techniques and tools into our work to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
- Maintain and organize camera gear, lighting equipment, and other production assets to ensure optimal performance and safety on set.
- Collaborate with post-production teams to provide input and support during the editing and color grading process, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in film production, cinematography, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cinematographer in an agency, production house, or similar creative environment.
- Extensive knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and cinematography principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including commercials, music videos, short films, or other visual content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard camera systems (e.g., ARRI, RED, Sony) and familiarity with a variety of lenses and accessories.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges on set.
- Experience with post-production workflows and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus

Pay: ₹15,601.16 - ₹40,000.00 per month
