Key Responsibilities:- Drive awareness and engagement among stakeholders, working closely with various teams, exhibiting project management skills.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively communicate the benefits and impacts of people & culture initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and manage a comprehensive communication plan, including the delivery of key messages, timeline, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals.
- Lead the creation of compelling and effective communication content, including reports, presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet articles and success case videos.
- Manage internal communication channels, including the intranet, and digital signage (everything related to internal employer branding).
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop tailored communication strategies to effectively reach different audience groups.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication and change efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- 5 to 7 years of experience (4+ years in a combination of experience in communications, and event management)
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Marketing, Journalism/Communications, or a related field;
- Proven experience leading communication for people & culture initiatives/ projects (offline and online) in a dynamic organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, for different/ varied audiences;
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage communications throughout multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Ability to create compelling communication material with the use of the latest technologies for digital content creation videos, newsletters and social media feeds;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficient in Google Suite, Notion
- Exposure/ understanding of content creation tools like Canva and Adobe will be preferred
