We are looking for a Planning, Scheduling & Delay Analysis Professional to join our dynamic team and support high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project Perform detailed delay analysis using various methods such as Time impact analysis, Window analysis, As-Planned vs As-Built analysis, Collapsed As-Built analysis etc. Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims and related documentation Interface with stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling and reporting Identify risks and critical paths, and propose mitigation strategies ✅ Requirements: Hands on experience in planning/scheduling and delay analysis Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project Solid understanding of WBS, construction methodologies and project lifecycles Experience with EOT claims, delay impact assessments, and contractual implications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
