We are looking for a Planning, Scheduling & Delay Analysis Professional to join our dynamic team and support high-impact projects.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS ProjectPerform detailed delay analysis using various methods such as Time impact analysis, Window analysis, As-Planned vs As-Built analysis, Collapsed As-Built analysis etc.Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims and related documentationInterface with stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling and reportingIdentify risks and critical paths, and propose mitigation strategies✅ Requirements:Hands on experience in planning/scheduling and delay analysis Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS ProjectSolid understanding of WBS, construction methodologies and project lifecyclesExperience with EOT claims, delay impact assessments, and contractual implicationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
