This role requires a strategic leader who can build robust processes, enhance operational performance, and create financial visibility for informed decision-making. Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. Build, implement, and optimise SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems. Lead budgeting, cash-flow management, financial planning, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting. Manage compliance, audits, taxation processes, and liaise with external financial partners. Oversee procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and resource allocation. Track and analyse key operational and financial metrics; present insights and improvement recommendations to leadership. Support pricing strategy and evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives. Partner closely with founders on organisational strategy, planning, and execution. Establish governance structures, accountability frameworks, and process excellence across teams. Build, mentor, and scale the operations and finance team to support organisational growth. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field. 7–12 years of experience in operations, finance, or business management roles, preferably within technology or fast-growing environments. Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, compliance, and reporting frameworks. Proven expertise in building scalable processes and managing cross-functional operational structures. Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-scaling organisation.
