We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Equity Broking to lead our broking business, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have deep market knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in equity sales, advisory, and broking operations.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the equity broking vertical, ensuring achievement of revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets.Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and grow the retail and HNI client base.Provide investment ideas, market insights, and actionable recommendations to clients.Oversee daily trading operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.Build and mentor a high-performing team of dealers, advisors, and relationship managers.Monitor equity markets, sector performance, and macroeconomic trends to support advisory functions.Coordinate with research, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.Manage key accounts, drive cross-selling of financial products, and enhance wallet share.Identify and acquire new retail and/or institutional clients for equity trading.Promote demat and trading
