The Training Coordinator will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Technology team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The Training Coordinator will work closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective training modules and curriculums for onboarding and continuous skills development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop training programs and materials, including onboarding curriculums and ongoing skills development courses.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the Technology team.
Coordinate with team leaders to schedule and deliver onboarding sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs and make necessary adjustments.
Identify training needs within the Technology team and develop programs to address skill gaps.
Organize and deliver training sessions on technical skills, tools, and best practices.
Track and assess the progress of team members' skill development.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Manage training logistics, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing materials.
Communicate training schedules and details to participants and stakeholders.
Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and impact.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Recommend and implement new training techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance the training experience.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Technology team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in using training software and learning management systems (LMS).
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a technology or software development environment.
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
