transition management overseeing multiple transition projects, from project planning to executionAnalytics experience along with strong business skills relating to problem resolutionExperience of working in a Shared Service Center environment is a plusPrevious experience in the service industry with strong exposure to support managing large customer groups is a plusPreferably PMP or PRINCE2 certified
Project roles and responsibilitiesProven experience in
managing Manufacturing & Supply chain transition projects in a shared service center or similar environmentMaintaining a high sense of urgency and proactive attitude at workAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh level of Interpersonal/communication skills with an ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationEffective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organizationExcellent project management skills, including ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectivelyStrong relationship management.Strong problem-solving skills. Need to look at requests / problems and recommend solutions to ensure transition is delivered on timeStrategic thinking and prioritizing capacityHigh capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplinesFluency in English
