Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet client and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Understand job requirements from clients/hiring managers.
  • • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers.
  • • Manage salary negotiations and follow-up with candidates till onboarding.
  • • Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
  • • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term engagement.Role & responsibilities
