About Us: At factorykaam, we are building a startup to help connect factory workers with factory owners. We believe the manufacturing wave for India has started. However for the same to be successful, factory workers need to be connected to the right factories.

We understand that procuring a right set of factory worker has always been the most difficult tasks faced by the manufacturer which impact their productivity and efficiency of work. At the same time, for grey collar workers, getting the right opportunity and work environment is equally important. Whether the workers are machine operators, supervisors, quality checkers or factories belong to different industries like textiles, printing, auto components, packaging etc, our goal is to connect them. With the right talent meeting the right opportunity in factory, we believe the manufacturing revolution will speed up in India.

Job description:

We are seeking fresh graduate to join our HR team as a Recruitment Specialist focusing on hiring skilled workers for factories

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply screening processes to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments of potential hires
  • Help maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment database

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
