About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to develop growth strategies.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
