About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to develop growth strategies.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
