Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources based in Mumbai. The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, develop HR strategies and policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include leading the HR team, consulting with executives on strategic planning, and serving as a link between management and employees. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
