Job Description IT Service Desk executive. Willingness to attend emergency calls and meetings apart from office hours. Responsibilities Candidate will act as a Service Desk Executive, performing activities as required including: End-user support (Helpdesk, Tier 1 & 2) NOC Services - Monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance & troubleshooting to support network availability. On- Call & remote support Incident management & escalation process End-user training for business application Process documentation Required Knowledge & Qualifications Minimum 3 year of technical support experience in a global environment First Level troubleshooting skills for OS/Software/Applications/Hardware/Network Knowledge about IT systems such as: Active Directory, LAPS, Citrix, SCCM, Cortex XDR, Bitlocker, CyberARC EPM, VPN, VPN,Citirx Ticketing system, O365 admin center, Azure AD, Autopilot etc. Troubleshooting skills related to O365 applications like Outlook, MS Teams, OneDrive for Business. Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications. Soft Skills Integrative work and excellent interpersonal relations , Inquisitiveness, self-learning Working in an orderly manner, Keeping work regulations and procedures Ability to maintain decorum of the Office and its procedure Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi/Hindi/English (in person, via phone and emails)
