The Role: We are seeking Medical Representative - Field sales to join our team.  Key Responsibilities :  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Achieve Primary Sales and Secondary sales targets. Knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products. Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailer, pharmacist & wholesale distributor. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and stay competitive. Ideal Profile: Education required is B Pharma, D Pharma Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Minimum Graduate in any science subject. Min 1yr of exp in pharmaceutical sales or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products. Strong relationship with Chemist. Proficiency in English and local languages.
